These terms apply when you use africannecklaces.com or buy from African Necklaces (“we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and descriptions
We describe our jewelry as accurately as we can, including metal, finish and stones. Photos show the design; color, size and sparkle may look slightly different in person and on different screens. Moissanite and cubic zirconia are lab-created stones, not diamonds. Plated and vermeil finishes can wear over time depending on use and care.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Some pieces ship directly from our partner jewelry workshops. Delivery estimates are listed on each product page and on our Shipping & Returns page. They are estimates, not guarantees. If your order will be delayed, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.

Use of our website
All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to African Necklaces or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
